2. Purpose and legal basis

Data collected through this portal is processed solely for managing whistleblowing reports, pursuant to EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.

3. Data collected

The system collects the contents entered in the form (category, subject, description, any attachments). The reporter's IP address is not recorded. No identifying data is collected unless the reporter voluntarily includes it.

4. Access to data

Reports are accessible exclusively to the designated reporting channel manager, who is bound by strict confidentiality.

5. Retention

Data is retained for 5 years from the closure of the report, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR by writing to privacy@icetondo.it. The right of access may be limited where it could compromise reporter confidentiality.
